How do I access patient services at Healthy Mind and Soul

If you are struggling with mental health difficulties and are a child, youth or adult, HEALTHY MIND AND SOUL may be for you.

We have a number of ways you can access our services:

  • You can request a referral from your GP under the Better Access to Mental Health Care Initiative. This allows for a Medicare rebate on up to 10 sessions per year. There is a gap above the Medicare rebate for this service to be paid by you.
  • You can refer yourself directly and pay as a private patient for the number of sessions you require.
  • If you have private health insurance you may be covered for mental health services. Check with your health fund for your eligibility.
